Secret Combinations Evidence of Early Mormon Counterfeiting 1800-1847

Author Kathleen Kimball Melonakos joins the Good Book Club to answer questions regarding her book Secret Combinations; Evidence of Early Mormon Counterfeiting 1800-1847. The Good Book Club discussion then focuses on the charges of counterfeiting in the early Mormon church which seem to be pervasive and follow the leaders of the church where ever they go. Kathleen follows several different threads and develops many different ideas to delve into this world of Mormonism and counterfeiting. We hope you find this book as interesting as we did. This discussion was originally held on August 13, 2022.
