TGBC Bonus: Post Traumatic Thriving: The Art, Science & Stories of Resilience with Dr. Randy Bell

Welcome to The Good Book Club Podcast, where we make all our book club meetings and bonus events available for listeners to enjoy. In this special bonus event, we are joined by the wonderful Dr. Randy Bell to discuss his new book, Post Traumatic Thriving: The Art, Science & Stories of Resilience. Dr. Bell is a sociologist and economist who specializes in disaster recovery projects and has consulted on hundreds of high profile cases all around the world for decades. If something is in the news, Dr. Bell was there. So much so that he is known as The Master of Disaster. In his work he has observed the trauma cycle very closely over and over with the victims he gets to know and help. In his new book, Dr. Bell outlines a path to not only get through trauma but to reach your highest potential going forward.

We absolutely loved our discussion with Dr. Bell, and we highly recommend his new book, Post-Traumatic Thriving: The Art, Science & Stories of Resilience and also his podcast of the same name. This The Good Book Club Bonus Event was recorded on February 28th, 2023.
